From a very young age we are taught that masculinity looks a certain way, which do not necessarily nourish our relationship to ourselves and other men. In our society being masculine is associated with being strong, rational and competitive. So mainly ego driven. Everyone wants to belong which results in us adapting ourselves and showing "expected" behaviour. So basically we numb our feelings and put on a mask to keep ourselves functioning in every day life.
But who are you underneath all that? What if you would take off that mask? What if...?

- ...you would embrace and express your feelings?
- ...your societal status and pride fall away?

During the Earth Brothers Retreat we work with shadow parts, so it is possible that you get in touch with unconscious parts of yourself. With a team of experienced spaceholders (Ramon Smit, Rune Asmussen, Joris Boons and Jitse Bouma) and each other, we create a safe haven to hold space for your pain and transform it. Strangers at first sight, but soon you will experience brotherhood and connect to each other. Men who accept you as you are and hold space, but are also able to be a confrontational but honest mirror for each other. Open, honest and loving.

What is on the program?
The 4th edition of Earth Brothers is here! This year we have created a series working with the elements ontwikkeld. We beginnen in dit retreat met het the earth element where we will plant a seed for the new you in 2023. What do you leave behind and what will you manifest this coming year? Find deep grounding in connection with your brothers. By fully being present with other men, without being distracted by female beauty or other external stimulants, magic arises. Every time something special, something unexpected happens. Men experience deep connection with other men, soften and follow their path with renewed strength and power.

Where is it?
The Earth Brothers Retreat is hosted at Live to Be, a holistic community in Almere Oosterwold. This special place is committed to creating a new earth and helping highly sensitive young adults who feel stuck in society. A healing place to be.
